FEBRUARY 26th, 2014

Yesterday, the Canadian Parks and Wilderness BC, ForestEthics Solutions, SierraClub BC, West Coast Environmental Law Association and the Wilderness Committee sent a letter to Premier Christy Clark asking her to end efforts that will undermine the integrity of BC’s park and protected areas system.

The groups are calling upon the B.C. government to end efforts that will undermine the integrity of BC’s park and protected areas system.  They are urging B.C. to manage BC’s parks for the benefit of the public, and not for the benefit of industry and private interests..
